Here We Go!

Hello, and welcome to my first blog post. I hope to wow you with all the cool design things I find, and keep you up to date with everything going on here on the west coast. I promise not to bore you with tedious day-to-day ramblings such as what we ate for dinner and how people irritate me in the grocery store check-out.

I named this website after Blue (and his favorite walk), so I should probably give him proper photo credit. Here he is with his stuffed twin:

Doesn't he look happy/mortified? Blue is a rescue dog, but he is not looking very grateful in this photo. Maybe it is because a young child forced him into this pose against his will. He's hanging out in my kid's room on her monstrous, stuffed animal containment device (which has proven quite useful). Which brings me to my next post...
